BEFORE YOUR NEXT MOVE

Here’s what to expect.

Can I apply now?+

Yes. Create your workspace, save your business details, and submit your application for review. You can follow its status and reply to information requests after signing in.

Does an approved application enable payments?+

No. Business approval and processor activation are separate. Live payments remain unavailable until the approved processing connection and your setup are ready.

What are the transaction fees?+

Merchant pricing is confirmed through a tailored quote. Your business model, expected volume, currencies, and settlement needs are considered before you agree to a payment service.

What documents should I upload?+

Only necessary business documents requested during review. Supported attachments are PDF, PNG, and JPEG, up to 5 MB each. Do not upload card information, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.

Can I test the checkout?+

The homepage includes a clearly labelled checkout simulation. It uses fixed sample details and never charges or transfers money.

How do I contact support?+

Sign in and open Support in your workspace. You can create a conversation, read replies, and keep the discussion with your application.

How do I protect my account?+

Use a strong, unique password and enable an authenticator from Account & security. Save recovery codes privately. Administrators must complete second-factor verification before accessing operational data.

Can I correct my application?+

Draft applications can be edited. If more information is requested or an application is declined, you can update and resubmit it. Submitted and approved details are locked for client editing.
