1. No real charges in the current service
Website checkout demos and sandbox API payment intents are simulations. They do not charge a card, debit an account, collect money or create a refundable balance. A test status of succeeded does not represent funds received.
2. Account and application cancellation
You can stop using the service at any time, revoke your API keys in Developers, and request account closure through workspace support. There are no application or sandbox charges collected by the current site. Information may still need to be retained for security or legal reasons as described in the privacy notice.
3. Purchases from merchants
If you purchased goods or services from a merchant, contact that merchant using the contact details on your order confirmation or storefront. Their cancellation and refund terms apply alongside your statutory rights. Do not assume a charge relates to this site simply because a merchant mentions a gateway.
4. Future live processing
Refund instructions, eligibility, fees, processing times, disputes and chargebacks require an approved live integration and agreed service terms. Those functions are not currently offered. No settlement or refund timeframe is promised by the sandbox.
5. Unexpected real charges
The current application cannot produce a real card charge. If you see an unfamiliar charge, contact the merchant shown on your statement or your card issuer through its official channels. Never send a full card number, security code or online-banking password to workspace support.
