Updated 16 September 2026 · Early-access policy version 2026-09-16
1. Current service
CheatGateway currently provides a website, merchant application and review workspace, support tools, and a developer sandbox. You may use these tools to prepare an application and test an integration. Account creation or application approval does not establish a live payment-processing service, banking relationship, stored-value account or settlement entitlement.
The contracting operator and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed before a paid or live payment-service agreement can be offered.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you represent. Supply accurate contact and business details, keep them current, and submit only material you are entitled to share. You remain responsible for your account activity and the security of passwords, authentication factors and API keys.
Use two-factor authentication to create developer keys. Report suspected unauthorised access through workspace support and revoke affected keys promptly. We may restrict an account to investigate misuse, protect information, or respond to legal obligations.
3. Applications and eligibility
Each application is reviewed individually. Further information or documents may be requested; approval is not guaranteed. An approval does not promise availability of any payment method, currency, country, settlement schedule or fee. Any future commercial terms must be disclosed and agreed separately.
4. Sandbox and developer use
The sandbox creates synthetic records only. Do not send real card details, customer personal information or live payment instructions. A simulated success is not a payment confirmation and must not trigger real fulfilment. Keep secret keys on your server and follow the API documentation, scope restrictions and published limits.
The early-access API may change. Versioned documentation describes the supported contract. There is no uptime or production-processing service-level commitment for the sandbox.
5. Fees and cancellation
The current site does not collect fees for applications, accounts or sandbox tests. No real money is charged or settled by the demo or API. Future fees require separate disclosure and agreement. You can stop using the service and revoke your keys at any time; request account closure through workspace support.
6. Content and permitted use
You retain rights in information you submit and permit it to be used as needed to operate your account, review your application and provide support. Website branding and materials may not be used to imply an endorsement. Follow the acceptable use policy and applicable law.
7. Availability and responsibility
Maintain your own copies of application and integration information. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or security. Nothing in these policies excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
8. Changes and concerns
Updated policies will carry a revision date. Material changes to a future paid or live service will require an appropriate notice and agreement process. Raise current account concerns through workspace support. Direct operator contact and jurisdiction details are pending the disclosure described above.
